I believe that effective inclusive environments require the expertise of many, the willingness to be creative and innovative, and the flexibility/curiosity to evolve and improve over time. By collaborating and identifying appropriate supports, an inclusive learning community should provide meaningful involvement and equitable access. It is integral to build the capacity of the entire learning community to ensure that all members are equip with strategies to support the diversity of all learners".
